If your airline rejects your damaged baggage claim, we refund your BagClx fee. We stand behind the report we produce for you.
Important: the guarantee refunds the $30.00 BagClx fee. It does not guarantee that the airline will pay your claim, and it does not refund or replace the airline payout. Airlines decide their own claims.
How it works
- Buy and receive your BagClx report, then file your claim with your airline.
- If the airline rejects your claim, save their written rejection (email or letter).
- Submit your report number, the email on your report, and the rejection within 60 days of your report date, using the form below.
- We review the rejection. If it qualifies, we refund your $30.00 BagClx fee to your original payment method.

Make sure your airline has issued a decision first. You will need the rejection in writing.
